Just a quick post to announce that several things have been developing on the blog recently:
- The Samples page has a couple of practice translations to check out
- The Questions page has been reformatted (thanks to input from Caroline as well as from a comment from a visitor) and links to some responses/answers to the questions listed have been provided
- The Links page is slowly coming to life
If you haven’t been to Freelance Translators from Scratch in a few days, please check out these developments.
And, more importantly, provide me with your feedback. Take a crack at giving an answer or two to some of the unanswered questions (or another perspective on one that has been answered). Give me your constructive criticisms in reaction to my sample translations. Or tell me what else you would like to see happening on this blog.
Remember, the purpose of this web log is to both document the process of two people trying to establish themselves as freelance translators, and to become a reference source for other freelance translators and/or those who might want to enter the profession.
