Well, I have my own “translation advice” website, but whether it’s practical or not is a question that I cannot objectively answer
It’s basically geared toward Arabic translators, but almost everything in there can be easily applied to your language pair (DE-EN). Take a look at it and let me know if you manage to find something useful there…
